Team HPS Participate in the Oxfam Trailwalker Challenge
The annual Oxfam Trailwalker challenge took place in Melbourne on the 7th-9th April. This Trailwalker challenge sees teams of four walk 100kms through Warburton Valley, the Dandenong Ranges and the outer suburbs of Melbourne over 48 hours. This challenge is not only physically and mentally demanding; it is a rewarding fundraising exercise enabling teams to raise money to fight poverty around the world.
Wearing our colours and our logo, Team HPS, consisting of Anita Carmelli, Bianca Banovic, Erin Wyatt and Mollie McMahon, successfully completed the challenge in thirty-four hours and thirty-two minutes (34:32) while raising $7,431.00 for Oxfam.
HPS were proud to sponsor the team to allow them to achieve their goals. We wish to congratulate the whole team on an outstanding effort both with the time taken to complete the 100km challenge but also on the significant amount of money raised for such a great cause.
Well done Team HPS!
